This Refund & Returns Policy applies to products purchased directly from longevitydevices.com.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms described on this page in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Returns eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery, according to the carrier’s tracking information.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
In the same condition in which you received them.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened consumable products (such as powders, capsules, or supplements) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
After review, we may offer one of the following:
Replacement of the same item.
Store credit.
Refund to your original payment method.
4. How to request a return
